PRECAUTIONS—DO NOT STEAM IF:
You are menstruating or actively bleeding. 
You are or think you may be pregnant. 
You have any contraceptives inserted in the womb. Such as an IUD. 
If you have genital piercings, you must remove the jewelry first, otherwise the metal would heat up and may cause burns.
Avoid steams with a herpes outbreak (or other open sores) since herpes is a damp heat condition.
Using hormonal creams or rings.
Vaginal infection, open wounds, sores, or blisters.
DO NOT insert herbs into vagina.
DO NOT ingest herbs or use this blend to make herbal tea to drink.

PACKAGE SIZE:
A ¼ cup of herbs is recommended per steam session. Use as little or as much as you prefer. Our unit of measurement is by volume. Each steam package is measured by cup converted into oz, not by weight considering each herb weighs differently
